Description

This Easy Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad is a 20-minute, crowd-pleasing meal loaded with juicy grilled chicken, tender pasta, crisp romaine, and creamy Caesar dressing. Perfect for weeknight dinners, lunch prep, or summer cookouts!


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rotini pasta (cooled)

  • 2 cups grilled or shredded chicken breast

  • 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce

  • 1/3 cup creamy Caesar dressing

  • 1/4 cup shaved Parmesan cheese

  • 1/2 cup seasoned croutons

  • Fresh cracked black pepper, to taste


Instructions

  • Boil pasta until al dente (about 8–10 minutes), then drain and rinse under cold water.

  • Grill or pan-sear chicken until fully cooked (internal temp 165°F). Slice into bite-sized pieces.

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine cooled pasta, chicken, and chopped romaine.

  • Add Caesar dressing and toss until evenly coated.

  • Sprinkle Parmesan and croutons on top.

  • Finish with cracked black pepper and serve immediately or chill for later.
