Ingredients
For the Croutons:

3 cups cubed day-old bread (sourdough or French baguette)

For the Chicken:

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

For the Salad:

1 large head romaine lettuce, chopped

½ cup grated parmesan cheese

½ cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions
Make the Croutons:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Toss bread cubes in olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and optional parmesan.

Spread evenly on a baking sheet.

Bake for 10–15 minutes, flipping once, until golden and crisp.

Let cool completely before adding to salad.
Cook the Chicken:

Rub chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Grill or pan-sear over medium heat for 6–7 minutes per side or until fully cooked.

Let rest for 5 minutes, then slice thinly.
Assemble the Salad:

Add chopped romaine to a large bowl.

Top with sliced chicken, croutons, parmesan cheese, and dressing.
